Refusal for Email Gathering
Please note that we refuse to collect email addresses posted on this website without permission using an e-mail collection program or other technical devices, and that violations will be criminally punished under the Information and Communication Network Act.
Anyone who collects, sells, distributes e-mails without permission using technical devices will be fined up to 10,000,000 KRW under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection and Article 50-2 of the Act.

1. No one shall collect e-mail addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage in which the intention to refuse to collect e-mail addresses is specified.
2. No person shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph (1).
3. No person shall know that it is an e-mail address prohibited from collecting, selling, or distributing pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2), and shall not use it for the transmission of information.
